Returns & exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@101waggingtails.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 8 El-Khateeb, Ad Doqi A, Dokki, Giza Governorate, Dokki, GZ, 12611, EG.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the entire product line, we refrain from adding sugar as well as artificial colourings, flavourings and preservatives.

Not only high quality, but also tasty! Besides delicious ingredients, we have made sure that the shape and size of our croquettes are optimally adapted to the preferences and needs of your favourite. Your cat will love it!

SUSTAINABLE:

We use meat from chickens from the Initiative Tierwohl (animal welfare): they benefit from more living space and materials to keep them busy and are thus allowed to live out their natural behaviour. And: we are the first company in the pet food industry to be certified by TÜV Rhineland according to the ZNU standard for sustainable management Composition:

Chicken protein (dried, among other things. 20% from "Initiative Tierwohl" - farms), chicken fresh meat (14%), potato flakes, peas, poultry fat, potato starch, poultry protein hydrolysate, lignocellulose (3.5%), beet pulp desugared, brewer's yeast (dried), linseed, minerals, salmon oil, sunflower oil, chicory inulin, yucca schidigera (0.02%).

Protein 32%, Fat content 18%, Crude fibre 4%, Crude ash 8,5%, Calcium 1,5%, Phosphorus 1,15%, Sodium 0,5%, Magnesium 0,1%.

Nutritional additives: Vitamin A 16.000IE, vitamin D3 1.600IE, vitamin E 300mg, vitamin C 100mg, taurine 2.000mg, copper (as copper (II) sulphate, pentahydrate) 15mg, zinc (as zinc sulphate, monohydrate) 130mg, iron (as iron (II) sulphate, monohydrate) 220mg, manganese (as manganese (II) sulphate, monohydrate) 35mg, iodine (as calcium iodate, anhydrous) 1.8mg, selenium (as sodium selenite) 0.4mg.

The complete feed is generally fed dry.
